2026 ACJV update # 4, services at St, George’s and St. Oswald’s

Hi everyone,

It was so good to see so many of you at our Easter services!

We are so blessed to have so many children involved in our services, especially at Seddon. A big thankyou to Raylene for the amazing work she is doing among us! And well done parents, I can remember what a mission it is to get the youngsters to church on Sunday mornings!

Upcoming events

We have a team working on a 'Guess who's coming to Dinner' fun fund raiser. I'll send out more details in my next update. 

Services at St. George's (Kekerengu) and St. Oswald's (Wharanui)

St. George's: Next services:

April 26, 8 am.

May 24th, 8 am.

This service will have a mixture of contemporary music and hymns, a bible based sermon and a celebration of Holy Communion.

We will be having services at St. Georges on the 4th Sunday of every month.

I'm guessing there might be a gathering at the store after this service.

St. Oswald's: Next service May 31, 2 pm.

This service will be a New Zealand Prayer Book communion service. 

We will be having services at St. Oswald's when there is a 5th Sunday in a month.

This is an opportunity to experience classical worship and possibly lunch at the store.

(St Oswald's is run by a trust and I am grateful that the trust has invited me to lead some services there)
