We've been enjoying some precious times of worship at our Sunday gatherings. 

Upcoming Services

This Sunday: 

St. George's: (Kekerengu) June 28th, 8 am. (Holy Communion).

Church of the Epiphany  (Seddon), 10 am.  (Children's programme every Sunday).

Next service at St. Peter's, Ward: Sunday July 5 at 8 am. (Holy Communion).

Next service at St. Oswald's: August 30 at 2 pm. (NZ Prayer Book service).

Men's Breakfast - Thanks!

A big thankyou to everyone who participated or helped out with our annual Men's breakfast. And thankyou Rob, for all the work you put into this event and so many other activities in our church.

Emmaus Leadership Conference - Marlborough: 25 July

Emmaus is for anyone who serves and leads in our parishes: clergy, key leaders, youth and children’s leaders, elder care workers, wardens, vestry members, treasurers – whatever part you play, we’d love to see you there. Register

Bishop's Visit

Bishop Steve will be leading our service in Seddon on July 26. 

Bishop Steve is our apostolic leader. He is charged with defending the faith, preaching the good news and caring for us all. One of his 'jobs' is confirming people in the faith. 

 If you would like to be confirmed, please contact me so that we can do some preparation. (When we are confirmed we renounce evil and proclaim our faith in Jesus Christ. Then the Bishops prays for each person, asking the Holy Spirit to bring his gifts, fruit and power.)

This would also be a great day to be baptised. 

Sunday Lunch at the Vicarage

There's a standing invitation to head over to the vicarage for lunch after church.
